Schedule
Guest Arrival
Please arrive by 11:45 to find your seat before the ceremony begins.
Ceremony
Held in the onsite chapel.
Drinks Reception
Drinks and canapés.
Wedding Breakfast
Speeches & most importantly food.
Evening Reception
Entertainment, cake cutting, more food, and dancing until midnight.
Carriages
Bar to close and carriages to depart.
Dress Code
Black tie, seasonal sparkle welcomed and dancing shoes at the ready.
Travel, Accommodation & Gifting
If you're driving, Lartington Hall has ample on site parking that is free.
Please note, that some spaces can be a short walk from the main entrance.
If you're taking the train, the nearest station is Darlington and approximately 37minutes from the venue.
Upon arrival at the station, guests can continue their journey to the venue by taxi.
If you're taking a taxi, either to or from the venue, we recommend booking in advance where possible.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, but if you would like to give something, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be deeply appreciated.

I am unable to attend, what should I do?
Whilst you will be truly missed, if you are unable to attend we would be grateful if you could RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity so we can plan accordingly.
When do I have to RSVP by?
27th October - Please let us know either way, if you do not RSVP by this date we will assume you are not attending.
What if I have dietary requirements?
Please ensure you notify us of any dietary requirements using the RSVP form.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We want to see your faces not your devices! - Please put phones away during the ceremony. You are encouraged to take as many photos as you like throughout the rest of the day.
Are children invited?
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without worrying about little ones, we are keeping our wedding adults only, with the exception of the bridal party.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to capacity limits, we can only accomodate guests explicity listed on your invitation.
Will it be a cash bar or card only?
Lartington Hall operate a card only bar.
Can I share photos on social media?
Of course we welcome you to share our special day! However, we kindly request that guests do not post any photos of the bride and groom on social media until they have had the opportunity to do so themselves.
